Artic-group has transformed from being a ship-owning company into a group that offers its extensive experience and competence within design, construction and management of vessels to companies that is planning to build or operate vessels within the Aqua Marine Service-segment.

We already have several concepts/designs ready for presentation, with focus on solutions for the future, including ESG-related topics, if you are considering a new-build.

We can also function as an advisor during the process, i.e. in relation to negotiations with yards and sub-suppliers, in addition to support in the process of optimizing the financing solution. If you need assistance post-delivery, we also offer sailing to the home destination and management of the vessels – including our own in-house ISM-certification.

We are proud to be in a position to support such a wide range of services, in order to simplify the process for players that are considering building a new vessel or rebuild older tonnage.

CONCEPTS / DESIGNS

SEVERAL CONCEPTS/DESIGNS ARE DEVELOPED AND READY

Artic-group has several concepts for well boats, processing vessels and service vessels, or combinations of these, ready and available. The concepts have focus on flexibility, ESG and economy. If there is a need to tailor the solutions, that is of course possible, with our designs as a starting point. The important thing for you as a client of Artic is that our concepts, our network of yards and suppliers, and our extensive experience with this type of projects, will save considerable time and money for you as a client. Artic-group has a proven track-record when it comes to deliver competitive and innovative solutions, which we are more than happy to tell you more about in a meeting.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

AN EXPERIENCED AND PROFESSIONAL TEAM IS READY FOR THE CONSTRUCTION PHASE

As part of the package, Artic-group may offer construction management at a fixed price. Our experienced construction management team will give you as a client the comfort of knowing that you are taken care of throughout the entire process, from planning/specification to representation on site.

The site-team will give you professional reports during the project, as well as representing you as the owner in meetings with sub-suppliers and the yard. Meaning that you, as owner, do not need to be present on site during the whole project.This is time- and cost saving for you as owner.

MANAGEMENT

ARTIC HAS EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE OF OPERATING VESSELS

Artic-group has in recent years sold its ship-owning companies in order to concentrate on its concepts and designs towards third parties. We have though maintained management of vessels as a service, and we support ship owning companies it the daily operations, crewing, technical and class/ISM. This is a service we offer at a fixed annual fee. Thus, we can simplify the daily follow-up to the ship-owners also post-delivery of a vessel.

During the last 15 years, Artic-group has had management for more than 20 vessels, and we therefore have in-depthknowledge of these types of services. Our data base consists of a substantial number of personnel from Europe, either through Oro Shipping AS in Norway or Stan Shipping Ltd. in Poland.

ISM

ARTIC OFFERS IN-HOUSE ISM

We can offer ISM via our Polish subsidiary Stan Shipping Ltd. This provides you with an integrated control system certified according to the ISM-code, and a simplified daily operation where Artic-group can coordinate this. Stan Shipping Ltd is certified by the Norwegian Maritime Authority, and holds DOC (Document of Compliance) and other relevant licenses.

MANAGEMENT

ARTIC HAR LANG ERFARING MED DRIFT AV BÅTER

Artic har i løpet av de siste årene redusert rederidriften for å kunne fokusere på konsepter og design. Vi har beholdt management av båter som tjeneste, og vi bistår rederier med den daglige driften, mannskapsbytter, teknisk og klasse/ISM. Dette er en tjeneste vi tilbyr til en fast årlig pris. Vi kan således tilby å forenkle hverdagen til reder også etter at et skip er levert.

De siste 15 årene har Artic hatt management for et 20-talls fartøy, og har inngående kunnskap til denne type tjeneste. Vår database består av et betydelig antall mennesker fra Europa, enten via Oro Shipping AS i Norge eller Stan Shipping Ltd. i Polen.

Vi kan tilby ISM via vårt Polske datterselskap Stan Shipping Ltd. Dette gir deg som kunde et integrert styringssystem sertifisert iht ISM-koden, og en forenklet hverdag gjennom at Artic kan koordinere dette in-house. Stan Shipping Ltd er sertifisert av sjøfartsmyndighetene, og er innehaver av ISM Document of Compliance.
